Jake runs time based classes allowing for all abilities, aimed at increasing fitness levels, burning fat, increasing strength and conditioning whilst torching thousands of calories. These take place at Honeywell Sports Village, a new, well equipped health, fitness and sports centre in the centre of Barnsley.

ENDURANCE CIRCUIT – Mondays, 730-830pm (£3.50)
Built to get you ready for anything from a fun run through a survival run such as a tough mudder to total warrior events, the program builds up your endurance capability whilst involving strength exercises and bodyweight movements.

STRENGTH & FUNCTIONAL FITNESS – Wednesdays, 7-8am *limited availability (£5)
Creating an optimal, functionally fit body, a combination of body weight and weighted exercises build strength to improve daily function and fitness.

BODY WEIGHT BLAST & BOXERCISE – Wednesdays, 7-8pm (£3.50)
A class that increases fitness and burns fat using no equipment! Use your own body for your workout.

RESISTANCE RESULTS – Fridays, 6-715pm – (£3.50)
A total body workout using barbells and small weights. A great way to smash calories and build your strength and conditioning.

STRENGTH & FUNCTIONAL FITNESS – Saturdays, 10-11am; 11-12pm – *limited availability (£5)
Creating an optimal, functionally fit body, a combination of body weight and weighted exercises build strength to improve daily function and fitness.
